Sorry, I was out of the loop while travelling, but I have enjoyed catching up on the discussion.

Unfortunately, most hospital ERs have similar "regulars". Le Bonheur probably won't have a vagrancy problem like an adult ER will.

I looked at some of the homes for sale in the Central Gardens area.... WOW! they are awesome! I guess we'll come for a look in early Sept.

I'm so glad you liked Central Gardens. To be honest, if you have that much money to spend, midtown is a wonderful place. If you have more of a limited budget, then midtown can be pretty pricey and you might end up in a home that's on the "iffy" part of town. But I bet you can find such a great house in CG if you do end up coming here.

No, LeBonheur doesn't have the same problem. In fact, their ER is very well run and is actually split between an ambulatory care center and a regular ER. That pretty much solved the problem of people coming to the ER for non-emergent problems. They just get triaged to the ambulatory care side, keeping the ER free for real emergencies.
