Anybody know anything around the area of Kimball. I understand there is a small lot available there maybe suitable for a small rental home???

Yes, I have family in the area. If you're thinking of building a rental home, please don't make it one of the cheaply built ones. I'm proud of the area and would not like to see one of those flat-footed homes (for lack of a better word, subpar homes built flush to the ground) built with low-grade materials. And would be nice if the style of the home fit with the others there or at least enhanced the area.
