does anyone know of the providence place apartments on knight arnold? it's southeast memphis. i found a really good deal on an apartment but i don't know if this is a good area

Bad area.
I hate to sound so pessimistic, but usually when you find "an unbelievable deal" on an apt/house here, it's because it used to be a drug house or is just in a horrible neighborhood. SE Memphis, north Memphis, south Memphis, all bad.

Of course, there's no guarantee you'll be robbed, burgled, or murdered, but yeah, that area's not great. With the current trend in crime, I'd live in Whitehaven before I'd move over there.

Belvedere has $2 million homes on it. And a few blocks away, some really runn down apartments. So it depends exactly where on Belevedere.
