More apt help
Does anyone have information about the watergrove apts. They are near Quince and Riverdale. I am trying to decide between them and the Hedgerow apts which are near riverdale and Shelby. I am returning to the area after a 2 year hiatus, and I am amazed at some of the changes.

I lived in Watergrove and it was going downhill FAST 5 years ago. I would never recommend it to people now. Crime, thugs, etc.

Are you wanting to be over by Riverdale?

Actually the more east the better, I'm looking for to spend (700-850) so I can save up some money for a house hopefully back in Collierville. Any recommendations would be great.

There's a big difference between east and southeast. Southeast is bad now. East, like keeping around the Poplar area, is fine. I'm really bad with remembering apt names anymore since I don't rent....there are some near Park by St. Francis and those would be about as SE as I'd go. Maybe some further east, towards Germantown? I know there are some places on Poplar right before you get to the Saddle Creek area.

I was going to suggest going more west into Germantown. You can look into Fieldstone (Hackscross), Lincoln on the Green (Hackscross). The apts at Park are nice - I can't remember the name either. It might be called The Park? Has a fountain in front of it. There are older apts in Germantown off of Farmington (across from G'town Country Club) - again, can't remember the name but you could probably get one in your price range.
