Cordova neighborhood:Walnut Gardens
I am looking at buying a house in the Walnut Gardens neighborhood. I do not know much about this neighborhood except for what I have seen driving through it or from the Memphis Daily News crime reports. I am looking for any information or opinions about this neighborhood, I am aware that it is an annexed area. Thanks!

From what I can tell, it looks to be a stable neighborhood. The homes are in the $200k-300k range. They are holding their value right now. You will be convenient to everything.

I like that neighborhood too, yet I notice that there is no HOA fee there. Does it mean that no one will care for the trees in the community?

According to their CCR, there certainly is an HOA fee. Those documents won't list a fee amount....that's determined annually by the HOA Board. Better check on it.....
