Downtown Living in Memphis
Is there a safer or "better" part of downtown to live in? Or maybe quieter? I'm thinking of renting a condo or loft. Where along North and South Front Street would be a place to consider?

Generally speaking closer to the river is better. You may enjoy harbor town as well.
