There are several apartment buildings leasing right now on Poplar, between McLean and Cleveland, that would be a fairly short walk to Walgreens and Kroger on the corner of Cleveland. I don't know your budget, but there's also the Brinkley Apartments leasing on Overton Park, and some other units leasing on Overton Park west of Cleveland in a slightly less polished block.
