Does anyone have any recommendations for a good inexpensive pool company to repair or replace a vinyl liner. My home just went on the market this week and this morning after the heavy rains my liner was " floating" in the shallow end. Lots of wrinkles and one huge bubble. I would rather just have it smoothed out and not invest in a new liner since we are moving but because the liner is about 7 years old not sure it is still flexible enough to be stretched. Thanks!

Hi CouchTater, I use Hawaiian Pools, have been using them for 21 years. I don't know if they are the cheapest in town but I've been pleased with their service dept. Good luck with the sale of your house...ours has been on the market 3 weeks and we've had just 6 showings and no offers so far. Biggest drawback buyers have is being in unincorporated Shelby county, no one is happy with our school district. Do I know you from the Disboards? The visit to Memphis thread?

Thanks Perdido thanks for the info. I will check them out. Hope you sell soon. It's a frustrating process. We had about 5 showings today but no bites yet. We are in Bartlett so hoping the new school district will work in our favor. Yes I am on the Dis boards and commented on that thread. In fact that's where we are moving if we sell the house to be closer to the mouse.

5 showings is great, in light of the weather! I'm hoping you get moved close to the mouse very soon.

Four years ago we used LinerLux and were extremely happy! We also had issues with a floater. First we had the liner smoothed, then decided to replace it a couple of months later. We also had a pump system stubbed in that the future buyers completed. David Reed is the owner of the company. He can come off as a bit "dry", but he knows his business. He was very efficient and I highly recommend. You can google the company name for his info.

I stopped by the house last year and the new owners are still very happy with the pool and haven't had any floating issues.

I used LinerLux for my first liner when I bought my house and they did a great job but was a little pricey. Last time I used a different company that was cheaper but I don't think the quality was as good. The bubble that was there is gone now and other than some wrinkles in the shallow end there is nothing I can't live with. I will most likely be due for a new liner in the spring anyway,
