Default Any word on The Preserve at Forest Creek?

New luxury apartments are currently under construction near Forest Hill Irene. Starting price for a one bedroom is more than $800. Is it worth it?

Wink I think so

My boyfriend and I applied for an apartment there this past weekend and are looking to move mid-February. So far I love it. The amenities are awesome(indoor basketball court, outside tennis, heated pool and hot spa, even a place to detail your car!) Close enought to the city but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Its in a nice part of town, and they are also building a lot of high end subdivisions around the area (some homes starting at 1 million!), plenty of shopping around. We are getting the 2bed/2 bath no garage around 1080 sq ft, at about $980 a month. Its a lil on the expensive side but I think its worth it. Plus you cant beat being the first in the apartment. Right now they are renting the first 3 building units, not sure when more units will becaome available. With signing a 15 month lease you can get 1 month free rent, and signing an 18 month lease will get u a free month plus and extra 250 bucks off. If you check out the apartment and fill out an application within 2 days(I think), you'll get and extra 250 bucks off! So all together we signed and 18 month lease, got a free month plus 500 bucks off rent. If you were to pro-rate that, it would come to about $879 a month.

You should at least go see for yourself.
