What is a reliable place in Millington (or nearby) for a car inspection?

Are you doing this for personal reasons? Vehicle inspection isn't requried in Millington.

Really? I had the idea it was required just about everywhere. I will be moving there from Pennsylvania, where the police are pretty quick to haul you over if you don't have a current sticker on your tag.

No no. You're not understanding.

You still needs tags on your car.

You do not need to get your car inspected before getting the tags. In Memphis city limits, you have to have your car inspected, THEN go to another office and show them the proof of inspection and then pay for your tags.

Outside of Memphis, you just renew/buy new tags without getting an inspection.

Sorry. I was confusing the inspection with the registration, and of course, I have to keep that up to date wherever I live.
