Hello, I have excepted a new postion in Memphis. My office is located off Primacy Pky and I want to stay close. I perfer to lease a place for 6-12 months. I've been looking at Germantown and Collierville. I would like a 2/2 Garage Gated Community with a gym area. Any suggestions?

Where are you moving from?
it's all relative to that. Germantown even the cheapest house in the nicer areas will run you about $340+..
Bartlett .. ..
2800+sq-ft, 3 car garages.. $250-300,000

I work on Primacy Pkwy. I am not sure that I could help with locating gated communities nearby, but there is a 24 Hr Fitness Gym within walking distance from any building on Primacy Pkwy. So, if you want to go to a Gym at lunch or before/after work, then that might work for you.
