Site Changes (Memphis, Bartlett, Germantown: apartments, living, guidelines)

I suggest changing the format of the site a bit. We always seems to get the same questions and I am sure that it because new users do not go through the mass of topics listed. If, however, we had sections for Memphis Apartments, Collierville Apartments, etc, maybe we can lead new visitors to a specific area and they can see what they are looking for without having to post another query for the same info.

Like FAQ sections on other web sites.

We can create a topic as a sticky, but there are certain guidelines that apply to all of the hundreds of forums on here. Unfortunately, we cannot create dozens of stickies as they create sort of a traffic jam on the site. If you have one topic that you think would be worth making a sticky, I can consult the other moderators and see if it can be done.
