Question prenatal yoga
Hi
Just got some good news, I'm pregnant again, first time I was pregnant we lived in Austin, TX and I took some great prenatal yoga classes and there were several places (both online and irl) for pregnant ladies to meet and support each other. I have done some "googling" and can't seem to find anything in the Memphis area -I live in Bartlett.

Check with Baptist East Women's Center. Not sure about yoga, but I know they have 'parenting' classes. They may point you in the right direction.
