What is your impression of the unit? There is a reasonably priced apartment there that fits my budget. Just wondering if overall would be a wise choice. It is no frills, includes gated parking spot, and provides the downtown location I am looking for. Would you consider it an acceptable choice

Yes. But they do not allow pets. I was going to move there until I found that out. The unit I viewed was right on the trolley line and had a good view-very spacious. The gated parking is a plus.

For whatever reason, that complex has never been "cool" like the other ones. They always seem to have a unit available, which is very odd for downtown. Especially if they are cheap, that makes me wonder what is wrong.

I have the same reservations, but the price is right , location is good & it seems to be a good starting point for someone in that price range. As a recent college grad, city liviing would be a nice change from a small GA college town. I know that for the same $$, I could get alot more ammenities further out, but I think this would be a better place to meet others in my situation. Thanks for your input...

hi
i live in the adler.
I love the location. The only complaint is that the walls are thin, and you can hear peoples bass. All the residents are nice though.
