Memphis totally sucked. All the way from the lazy work ethic of the natives to the racist rednecks to the delta thugs on the streets. Memphis is about as dysfunctional as it gets.

My expectations of the city after reading this forum weren't particularly high, however when I got here I was suprised. Walking down South Main was cool. I think also there was a music festival near Beale street. The Mrs and I flew down during labor day weekend. It was cool. It's a city I could see myself coming back to visit.
