Default Collierville Home Prices

I have been looking and have seen the home prices drop there quite a bit. This has not been the routine in the past few years, I think they will fall alot more in the future. I also see that it is taking along time to sell homes there I think also that Collierville may be in a decline in several areas in the coming years based on several factors. Am I wrong on all of this.

Nobody can predict the future, but Collierville is a fantastic place to live, with great (mostly) public schools, the population is rising, and the city is conservative about approving new building, so I would not bet it's going to go down much further. We bought 9 months ago, and we just got our new appraisal...our value has held steady.

I'm curious what you mean by "several factors" that would cause Collierville to decline, would you elaborate?
