I need to find a really good tax lawyer in the Memphis vicinity. Any suggestions?

FIRST SUGGESTION: PUT $20,000 CASH IN AN ENVELOPE TO TAKE WITH YOU TO WHICHEVER TAX ATTORNEY YOU SEE. IT'S JUST A RETAINER.

Second suggestion: Hit the library for the Martindale-Hubble directory and call up the top-rated laywer in that book under tax law.

One thing to consider is a tax attorney who previously worked for the IRS in either a district or regional counsel's office. The IRS hires top notch lawyers. And of course they know the system inside and out.
