Need info for Lach Host Farms in Millington
We moved away from Memphis over a year ago, but need some info about a farm in Millington. We had bought sorgrum from Lach Host Farms while at an arts & craftshow near Oak Court Mall. Does anyone have a phone number for this place? Thanks!

That was the number I found on the internet, but it it doesn't seem correct. When I called them a couple years ago, I got one of the local post offices (Millington, maybe Atoka, etc). It was kinda funny calling about sorgrum and getting a post office.

I just Googled the farm owner's name, Babe Howard, and found out that he died last month. It sounds like he was a pretty remarkable guy:
W. S. 'Babe' Howard's life was never on hold : Millington Tipton : Memphis Commercial Appeal
In an article earlier this month, Howard's daughter said, "The only thing we've definitely made a decision on is we're going to discontinue the sorghum-making. It was so perfect the way he left it. ... We'll just let it be what it was. It would not be the same." The last batch was sold about 2 weeks ago.

I ran across the same article last night and was very disappointed to hear. He sounded like a great person.
