I need an agent to help me find a home to lease. Please post any and all recommendations.

If you have a house to lease, please respond as well. Looking at Cordova, Germantown, and Collierville. I would like to spend 1000-1200 and I want the neighborhood to be very safe. I would much rather have a small house in a safe and pretty neighborhood.
