Default great vet needed
my dogs vet moved and it is now time for her to be spayed. im needing to find a new vet but do not know where to start? im looking in cordova, gtown, collierville, or bartlett. please if anyone knows of a good vet please let me know.

Dr . Gerald Blackburn at Gentle Care Animal hospital in Bartlett is simply the best from a medical standpoint and from just being a nice guy.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We really like Dr. Kelsey at Kelsey Canine Clinic in Collierville. We are fairly new to the area and when I stopped in to get a peek at their office the staff invited me to take a full tour of the office and surgical suite. They were very proud of the facility.

We took our puggle there for his exam and felt very comfortable, so we're staying with them for our vet needs.

They only accept dogs as patients, as the name implies.

This is going to be quite far for you, however! It is affordable and they need support. Memphis has a spay and neuter clinic called the animal protection association (www.spaymemphis.com/). It is an amazing establishment and where I got my cat spayed. You bring them in the morning and you pick them up in the afternoon. I believe that dogs are on $35 to be spayed/neutered and they also offer shots for $5. I was skeptical at first, but I called around to several different animal adoption agencies in Memphis and asked if they had heard anything terrible about the APA and I found out that house of Mews (local pet adoption agency) gets all of their animals spayed and neutered there.

I don't have animals but I know a GREAAT guy who is a Vet. His name is Dr. Jon Romines of Germantown Animal Clinic (might be Gmntown Pkwy now).
