Need help new to covington tn

I just need a cheap, clean 1 bedroom apt. in a decent area, $500+/-mo price range for rent excluding utilities, safe place, no drug dealers and low crime. I don't have any kids and single. Any suggestions that would keep me close to Covington TN ?

btn I have looked at franklin square manor. Little pricey for my range
