I've been wondering about this too. I saw an article on inexpensive Vietnamese restaurants, but don't know where it is.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I think Saigon Le supposed to be the best around. On Cleveland between Madison and Poplar. There are several asisan stores around that area as well.

I'm vietnamese and imho, the best place would be pho vietnam on Poplar right before cleveland. I've eaten at every vietnamese around this area and I would recommend that one the most.

I have made it a point to get pho in every new city I go to. Saigon Le on Cleveland is still the best.
