I have to agree. Since moving to Memphis, Bhan Thai has become one of my favorite restaurants in the city. Chao Praya in Hickory Hill is also very tasty.

I LOVE Thai Bistro. As with most places, it really depends on your personal tastes (and what you order).

The thing I love about Thai Bistro, aside from the food, is the excellent service. I am a vegetarian, so I generally need to make substitutions or ask questions -- they don't bat an eye. Want to have fried tofu instead of regular? No problem. No fish sauce? No problem. Spicy sauce with your spring rolls? No problem!
