Moving mostly likely to Bartlett in Oct
Any and all info regarding Bartlett would be appreciated Looks like we will be moving at the end of Oct. We are a family of 4 with 2 daughters. One is in 1st grade and one is in 9th grade.
We are looking for a safe, family oriented neighborhood on the North to Northwest side of town. Need something that won't be too far of a commute (10-15 min) to Millington.
Don't want to be too far away from shopping (my favorite store is Whole Foods).
Very good schools is a must!!!
Our price range is $200,000-$260,000 and we are looking for a 4 bdrm home with lots of living space and nice yard. Doesn't have to be new but do prefer updated.
Thank you in advance for any and all input

You'll want to stay east in Bartlett, the west is getting too close to bad areas of north Memphis.
Whole Foods is only located in town, at Poplar near White Station.
I think $260k should be able to get an okay 4 bedroom home in Bartlett. Prices there are not too steep, and the town is fine.

If you want to be closer to Millington but still in Bartlett, take a look at the area around Old Brownsville Road between Billy Maher and Ellendale Roads. That's just north of Quail Ridge golf course. You might also find some houses matching your description on the south side of Quail Ridge as well. There are several very new subdivisions around that area, and it's a quick commute to Millington. You'll go west on Old Brownsville, north on Austin Peay/Highway 14, then west on Pleasant Ridge, then north on Sledge to Navy Road. Actually, just before you get to Austin Peay you can turn north on the short section of Covington Pike to miss the traffic light at Old Brownsville & Austin Peay.

Bartlett is very close to Wolfchase Mall, the only indoor mall in Memphis, and all sorts of shopping!
I've only driven through, but it looks like a very nice town. Welcome, and have fun in your search.

"Factory Outlet Mall" JoeC, I would not call that a mall, there is only one store left...Old Time Pottery.
Hickory Ridge has been closed for months, and I can't find any info about Raleigh Springs Mall!

...Peabody, what's left of it. Hickory Ridge re-opened, right? It's not closed anymore. Raleigh Springs has been around for decades.
