Maybe this article will help?

The Best Mood Enhancers | LIVESTRONG.COM

I've also heard of Lumiday as being helpful for elevating mood.

Visit a GNC or other nutritional supplement store.

I'll give you a tip...walk! Put some headphones on, listen to some pleasant music, and walk outside about 2-3 miles a day. Build it up slowly if you need to. In about 3 weeks, you will be feeling tremendously better. Three weeks is about the same amount of time it takes for an antidepressant to kick in.

Best of luck to you! It's a drag when you are feeling blue.

Blue Lotus is an herb that is supposed to lift mood. I haven't used it but i have used plenty of other lawful herbs and they work for me.

Lots of articles on B-12 and magnesium on line. They work for me especially the B-12.

Check out the post today on things to do to get rid od depression. Some good thoughts.

And B-3. B-12 can be taken in a large dose for therapeutic purposes then dropped to a maintenance dose.

Cut out sugar from your diet. Also cut out refined carbs like white flour. And increase fresh vegetables and fruit.

I was on different antidepressant meds for years but weaned myself off all and now take 5HTP, which is a natural supplement you can buy at grocery stores or walmart. i needed the stronger amt, 100 mg, and take 2 capsules per day, one in AM and one in PM. It sure has helped me. The bottle says it promotes a calm and relaxed mood, and I don't seem to have any side effects. may be worth a try. I buy it when there's a buy one get one free offer, otherwise runs about $27 for 60 capsules. Good luck!
