Im currently on Bupropion (Welbutrin), Busiprone (Buspar) and Ambien and Im talking all the generic brand!
Ive been on Bupropion for 2 and half years Buspirone for 1 1/2 years and ambien for about 7 months!
I dont feel like the buspirone is doing any good or has done any good and the buproprion is giving weigh too

However I found a medication paxil that helps with depression, anxiety panic disorder all in one! Also not to mention im addicted to porn and find myself using that and masturbating daily when watching it and I dont like it but its hard to stop, however one of the side effects of SSRI is sexual disfunction which you dont feel like any sexual activity and I feel like thats what I need

How do you like Paxil? What are other medications which helps to treat all the depression and anxiety symptoms in all!

Most people with depression (MDD) also have anxiety. The two almost always go hand in hand from what I've read.
That may explain why so many people with depression reach for the bottle. Been there, done that...

Paxil isn't the highest rated SSRI antidepressant from the studies I've read. I'd recommend that you try zoloft (generic sertraline) or Lexapro (escitalopram.) These two are highly rated. Seems most antidepressants only partially help me, and the irritating side effects can drive one crazy (constipation, dry mouth, sexual dysfunction..)

Benzodiazapines are widely prescribed for anxiety, but there are negatives to long term use such as tolerance, addiction, and potential abuse. Many shrinks won't prescribe them to their patients with MDD.

Treatment for this miserable disease (MDD) is still in its infancy, although a lot better than it was in the '50s.

I can't speak to your porn addiction. My libido is in the toilet.

OK, this is not about a single medication to replace those you are on.

From what I can determine, low serotonin levels cause melancholic depression with anxiety and GABA deficiency causes mood swings and heightened anxiety and melancholia. It has been suggested that foods rich in tryptophan such as cashews, pumpkin seed help with raising serotonin levels. I've tried the cashews and it does work (for me). There are no side effects (unless one considers improved mental alertness a side effect). For GABA enhancement one can buy L-Theanine capsules which help raise GABA levels. I'm trying them at the moment and so far my anxiety has gone down, I sleep better and my moods are more stable. L-Theanine is a substance found in young tea leaves and is a precursor to GABA in the same way that tryptophan is a precursor to serotonin.

I'd also suggest a range of supplements including zinc and magnesium and omega 3.

Disclaimer - I am only one test subject and I am on a non-SSRI antidepressant (which on it's own was only marginally effective) and while these things may seem to be effective for me, your mileage may differ.

WedMD seems to dumbed-down, IMO. I guess it serves a purpose for people who want easy to understand info.

I usually check what wikipedia has to say, then also NIH studies/articles (even though the articles are very technical.)

Why are you asking? If you are doing good on what you take now, leave it alone!

Not true! Cognitive-behavioral therapy is more helpful than all the meds in the world. If the depression and anxiety are so crippling you can't function, you start on meds and wean off them as you build better affect-management skills with CBT.

Self, in its various manifestations, is at the root of your troubles.
Porn addiction is a stimulus interrupter, its something to keep you from feeling fear.
If you rid yourself from bondage to self you will be free and no longer be in a state of fear.

Many don't know it, but go for a long time, often all their lives and need thyroid support. I was there for 10 long miserable yrs from 1991 to 2002, given various A/D drugs and it was thyroid. Once I finally got thyroid support, 10 yrs of depression lifted.

Vitamin D is critical too. Many live with deficiency.
