Not tryna to self diagnose here, but having recently been thru a hard hitting depressive phase that bitchslapped me like crazy, it really does feel telling how much I used to sugarcoat my early childhood and act that it was all fine and dandy compared to my later childhood/adolescence

Now here I am having episodes of even earlier childhood trauma memories that Iegit remembered more vividly outta nowhere

Too many to list, I rather just leave it at where it is, in fact having to go thru each one detail by detail gets overwhelming and only adds more to my helplessness

Are you working with a therapist? They can teach you how to process these newly arising memories and lay them to rest so you can coexist with them instead of being crippled by them. There are more productive ways to deal with memories; the technique you learn can be applied each time something new comes to the surface.
