Once again the research keeps coming in about foods and their interactions inside the brain. Here's a study by the U. of Illinois where reasearchers showed that the Flavanoid ....Luteolin found in Celery and Green Bell Pepers and Parsley can disrupt key components of Inflammation in the Brain.

Good story for those interested.

Inflammation in all parts of our bodies are the killers. I just posted that I've upped my EPA-DHA Balance by Jarrow and posted in Supplements here.

It's said we get too many Omega 6's in our foods and need to balance out our oils. Oils are important.
