Day 5, woke up in a foul mood. Felt like telling my husband off especially after that cup of coffee! Then I realized look, your gonna be a nasty jerk, so just try to deal with it the best you can and not have too much stress right now. So I said to husband look, I cant deal with certain bs right now, in a month we can deal with that bs but right now its a matter of me not smoking and if you **** me off I dont need this crap right now. So he said yeah your right.

So as you can see day 5 is not so god damn happy! I am not going to smoke but I miss it!!! I wish I could !!!!

I will not smoke but just getting some psychological issues out.

Off to do some heavy weight lifting!!!!

And I have not seen the tea suggestion, but if it is saying replace things liek Coffee, if you can, with tea, that might help too (coffee is a strong link, mentally, to ciggs). You may want to just try black tea if you still want the caffene......

Again, GL!

steve morse is a guitarist, he is my favorite. I am Marilyn who picked that name for my city data name. So I am the Marilyn yes a women who lifts super heavy weight too. I have been weight lifting for years, I have been smoking for years. Smoking is gone, weight lifting is not gone. My latest bench press with the free weights was two 55 lbs in each hand. Pretty darn good!!!

Well, if you get tired doing the weightlifting, you can always go shopping! (maybe stay away from Livingston Mall though! )
