What most people fail to realize that, in order to benefit from drinking green tea, you have to drink 14 cups a day, every day. Personally, I'm not that crazy about green tea. There are concentrates on the market, just make sure there are no chemical adulterations or additives.

Yeap that's true but if you drink it daily you'll still reap it's benefits over time. Also they sell Green Tea Extract and also ECGC capsules that are at higher amounts than the tea by its self as i take ECGC capsules 350 mg each on a daily basis along with sipping on hot tea in the mornings .
