Name the best Tequilla: I live Patron (reposado) and El Mayor. Smooth and does not give you the pains of cheap tequilla.... Your views

I am a big fan of Patron as well. I haven't tried it, but I think Tres something is supposed to be very good as well.

Cabo Wabo

Patron is good too but I just LOVE Cabo. Good and smooth and it makes a HUGE difference even in mixed drinks. Can't stand mixed drinks now with the cheap stuff, YUCK!

I like Don Eduardo anejo and Corazon anejo. I have had some cabo wabo also and it was ok.

There are three different levels. Even the "cheapest" Cabo Wabo is better than the really "cheap" stuff. If you get the REALLY good Cabo -------- lalalalalalaaa

Last night I had the opportunity to taste Cabo Wabo Blanco and is very smooth. I will say that is more suave than El Petron ( I do like El Patron). Next week we are tasting the top of the line Cabo Wabo and El Patron, each bottle cost over $200.00. I will have to sacrifice a bit to experience the top of the line tequilla. I will provide an update next weekend.....

Default My husband likes

Tres Generaciones but a friend of mine who lived in Vallarta for a long time turned me on to an inexpensive tequilla named El Terserro (sp) that I think is every bit as good as most of the expensive brands. You can get it in the states in some stores but it will run you 60 bucks or more a bottle when it sold in Mexico for about 20 the last time I was there.
