Mexico Laws with Taxes

Yea sad but how come people send truckloads of used clothing to Mexico after this law was enacted? There are ways and will always be ways to send used clothing to relatives. Just like they have laws against Chinese-made products which get ignored as well.

Walking into TJ at the border you walk thru a bathroom size room where a table is set up and a woman Customs agent...a Immigration male and a soldier with a AK rifle.

A woman in front of me with large bags was stopped for inspection while I also had a couple of bags and was allowed to pass.....I could of had some clothing be it NEW or USED but still allowed to pass.
