Are minority white mexicans seen with jealousy or admiration by the majority mestizo/indigenous population? (money, dating)

I know white mexicans have a higher market value in the dating world in Mexico. But are White and Castizo Mexicans seen with jealousy or resentment .
Your first statement is not exclusive of Mexico. To the second one; I don't believe dark skinned Mexicans are jealous of Caucasian looking Mexicans at all. If anything, one group aspire to be like the other, while most whites are indifferent to said situation. Plenty of people try whitening up their families by marrying Caucasians.

Oh man, not this thread again. OP, didn't you start this same thread a few months ago and it was removed.
In looking at your post history you seem to be OBSESSED with the topic of race in various forums of CD. Why is it that this seems to be a topic that occupies so much of your time? Are you taking history of the Americas courses and looking for ideas for papers you need to write.
Now here is a question for you, have you ever even been to Mexico ?
My grandmother claims to be criollo. Although she has mostly european features she is too dark to be 100% pure European.
It's not like America with strict boundaries, race is a more fluid thing in Mexico. "money whitens" as they say and a light mestizo (not some Indio from the Chiapas jungles) can "become white" if their class status raises.
There is a lot of class envy because in Mexico whites tend to be the upper class because of legacy, there is a lot of inherited money from ranches and land grants and other things started by Europeans and inherited. In America whites hold the most money too but they (we?) are the majority so it's not as much of an obvious pyramid besides maybe in California.
