How do I look up property sales information from the Mexican government? (hair, appraise)

I want to find the sales price, name of owner, appraised value, and date of sale of the following properties in Mexico City...

421 Presidente Masaryk
426 Presidente Masaryk
97 Calderon de la Barca


How can I get this?

I have searched google. Does Mexico not provide this information like the United States and other countries do?

Well I can only speak from personal experience.

I had a problem and went to the local Palacio (Govmt bldg) and they would NOT answer any questions until I showed them PROOF of ownership on my property thus NO ONE can get any info on my property...answer your question?

is the Registro Publico de la Propiedad y de Comercio all the information you need is there.
