Over the last few years jarritos have become poplar here where I live. I don't drink a lot of soda but I really like the flavors jarrito has like pina, mango and tamarindo. I wanted to know what other popular Mexican brands of soda are there?

My favorites are Sangria Señorial (Sangría flavor) and Sidral Mundet (Apple cider flavor).

Try the sangria flavored one, it's amazing.

Funny that this just popped up. Last night we had Mexican food night but according to my children it isn't complete without Jarritos.

I think they use sugar (cane sugar) instead of the controversial high fructose corn syrup that we get in the US.

I'm pretty sure it's the same with most others, including Jarritos.

When living in Mexico City I liked the Jarritos "Pina" and the soda that tasted like Grape Juice...cannot recall the brand name. Most people drink their soda straight from the small bottles and at room temperature whereas we like our drinks Cold or with ice. The colder climate at the high elevation might have something to do with their choice.

Jarritos is sold on the San Diego side of the border at a stiff price and a disposal fee while on this side it is file 13.
