I don't really believe you been to Mexico probably border towns you been to Mexico city Guadalajara etc?? I just came back from the mall and saw a indigenous looking Mexican buying expensive watch brand (Emporio Armani)[Mod cut: trolling]

Again Mexico with a economy of 11th wealthiest of the world and a per capita of 18,000 nobody will died of starvation.

Mexico isn't india or Africa nice try.

Apparently you are not even aware of history in your own country (like a lot of Americans here in the USA). There was a "little ole" uprising back in the 90's in the state of Chiapas by the Maya's due to discrimination and lack of opportunity. Why do you think so many of the Mexican's immigrating to the USA are predominately mestizo and to a lesser extent indigenous Mayan and Nahautl peoples!

I think Mexico has a tradition very violent and a low level of education in general .-
If it exceeds these 2 things Mexico will be a prominent country of the first world because it will overcome its other problems since that has minorities good prepared, and immense riches natural -

If you are responding to my post, none of what I said it biased interpretation. Those are real, indisputable facts. Americans are murdering each other at greater numbers and rates than any 1st World nation or just about any within Western civilization. And the US doesn't even have the systemic corruption to blame it on. American society is just extremely volatile, and its vast consumption of drugs- the highest in the world- fuels much of Mexico's violence.

Using terms like "disaster" and "terrible" are subjective qualifications based on your interpretation and not "facts". Incarceration rate has been falling last 10 years. Crime has been falling last 20 years. In 2014, the homicide rate reached the lowest since 1951. That's a fact, Jack.

A reply immediately following a statement is not random. If that confuses you then no wonder you are confused about the State of the Union.

It's easy to have a low incarceration rate - just let the criminals run loose and wreak havoc. Sounds like Mexico needs to increase their incarceration rate so all the cartel members killing police chiefs and mayors and journalists were in jail instead.

Get in a traffic accident in Mexico and you'll probably go to jail. Behead a mayor and his family and you're free to go.
