I am very interested in moving to Tijuana. I used to live in San Diego back in the day. I am an Army veteran, senior black female and retired. I do have a limited and fixed income; but I have the numbers for Tijuana.
I have done some research, but would welcome opinions from people who live in Tijuana as expats.
I should probably ask a lot more questions; but I just want to get a feel for things now. I plan to come down there and look for an apartment this fall; and if things work out; come right back to Oregon and pack up.

You might remember Woody Strode (wrestler/actor). I met his wife a few yes back that lived a mile from me here south of Rosarito...very nice lady. You would be welcome down here anytime. Neighb..or lady from Wash state just returned back (cancer and husband passing (cancer). I also had the C which is returning...still the climate and costs of living is still lower be it TJ or Rosarito. Come on down and join other Vets here.
