I’v never been to to DF but i will be visiting this March. I have however been to Tijuana many times and the city always felt very vibrant to me which i enjoy alot.

Is it safe to call Tijuana a mini Mexico City? Without the political influence to the country of course.

I guess Paseo de Los Heroes in Tijuana could be considered a mini Paseo Reforma (Mexico City). But Mexico City is a whole different ball game, here is just so much more to do. If you like Tijuana, YOU WILL LOVE MEXICO CITY.

No border city comes close to any major interior city in MX, let alone CDMX. And it is now called CDMX, not DF. https://mexiconewsdaily.com/news/fed...y-mexico-city/

I refer to Tijuana as a Poor-Man's San Francisco, except many of the streets are more vertical, with houses climbing up the steep hillsides, and it borders the ocean.

I've been to Mexico City and there's no comparison, as Tijuana is much more compact, especially in the Centro district.

Does Mexico City have a compact bar/red light district in their central area like Tijuana?

I will always view Tijuana as a special city in Mexico, and I wish they'd get going with historic preservation in their central area, especially the Zona Norte district.

Just got back from a couple of days in Tijuana. Did the usual Shopping/HK Bar/ red light thing. How can I not???
Have to say Latino women are just the most beautiful on earth.
The regular women in Tijuana look better than the bar girls who wear waaaay too much makeup. Latinas already have big eyes and good features, there is no need to put pounds of makeup on.

I think in terms of beauty in the world.

1. Latinas
2. ??? drawing a blank.

Can't answer your question unless you explain what DF stands for.
