I'm looking to rent a house somewhere safe & quiet for myself & 99 y/o father for around $1k/mo. Is there a comparison somewhere among these areas for retirees? Thanks.

San Miguel can be hard to maneuver by foot (for your grandfather) because of the steep inclines on the streets and cobblestone.
