Smile Long-term houses to rent in Tijuana?

Hi! Now, first of all I would rather not have replies like "WHY WOULD YOU LIVE IN TIJ?!? IT'S DIRTY...etc,etc." All I am wondering is where I can find long-term rentals in Tijuana other than on Craigslist SD/Tijuana (I've already looked there). I can't seem to find any sites which cater solely to Tijuana long-term rentals.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Are you looking at TJ only or would you consider further south to Rosarito etc. Do not know your price range or desires as to what is expected interior or beach etc. Stefhen

Well I'll be going to school in San Diego as well as hopefully working in SD. I'm looking for up to $675, for a 2+ bedroom house/condo/townhome (hopefully 2 story). I don't mind where it is located within Tijuana, but I'm looking for something close to brand new (which I've heard isn't hard to find there).
Thanks!

I'm also looking to move between late July and early August. I just want something very clean and hopefully new, with 2 or more bedrooms for under $675
Thanks
