So I live in NYC (25 yr old,college student, female)I have lived in manhattan (washington heights area)all my life and I wanted to move to miami-dade area by next summer. The culture I can deff. deal with in MIA, and i know I can transfer from my job (which pays a couple more dollars than mini.wage here, but I dont know if i might get paid less there. Im looking to eventually go to FIU and get a studio or 1 bedroom if possible when I move. Can anyone recommend good, affordable places in Dade I can move to and how can i go about find a apt there?
I love NYC but i need a change of pace and I also have alot of family in florida, i rarely know and only saw once in my life when i went to miami in 2007 so it is sort of akward. I love Florida I know I deff. want to move so any information on moving,apts,colleges,people,living, other areas (Kendall, coral gables,aventura) will be greatly appreciated!!

I love NYC but i need a change of pace and I also have alot of family in florida, i rarely know and only saw once in my life when i went to miami in 2007 so it is sort of akward. I love Florida I know I deff. want to move so any information on moving,apts,colleges,people,living, other areas (Kendall, coral gables,aventura) will be greatly appreciated!!
