I want to know which neigborhoods of Miami-Dade County are diverse cultural and racially. I have noticed that the Northeastern portion of the County seems to be more diverse as Aventura, North Miami Beach, and North Miami.

ALL OF THEM, with the exception of some of the(not all) African American communities. Ctle Ridge for example, is culturally diverse compared to Little Haiti, which is mostly Haitian.

I don't know if I would agree with this. Hialeah, Little Havana area and to a great extent Miami Lakes are very Hispanic. Sunny Isles area is heavily Russian. Sweetwater and Miami Springs used to be a bit redneckish (although honestly, I hadn't been through there since the early 90s).

Aventura isn't that diverse in terms of skin color - mostly white or lightly tanned. There are several Hispanics and Asians in Aventura. Also, note that Aventura has the second highest concentration of Jews in the world, only beaten by Israel. Don't be surprised to see 4 synagogues on one street. There is a church and some Christians, but definitely more Jews, including Hispanic Jews. I live in NMB, and my block is very diverse with my Filipino, Haitian, Hispanic, Indian, Jewish, and Jamaican neighbors. Some parts of NMB are more black and others more Hispanic. It depends on which block really. :/ The same goes for North Miami. I know people of all races living in North Miami, but it depends on location.

Agreed with the above. I'm sure there are some token Bulgarians or Zimbabweans around, but on most days the diversity doesn't get past the level of Argentinians and Panamanians.

In Miami I would say Upper East Side and Midtown hoods. White, Blacks, Latinos and small amout of Asians. And that is AS diverse as it's gonna get in Miami. Miami is a Latino city, with Haitians right behind them, like it or not. Not your cup of tea? Move to NYC if you need more diversity. It is what it is.

Actually only about 5% of Miami-Dade County is Haitian.
