Actually...no...

For me,I guess most Miami bashers here are just fed up with the city, having lived so much time there...

Even paradise can be boring,if you don't change the monotony.

The combination of climate, natural beauty,(almost) affordable accomodation, realistic commuting times, opportunities for vacations/excursions to other countries ( Bahamas & -hopefully soon - Cuba) is unbeatable...

San Diego can't stand the comparison, with crazy house prices, higher taxes & cost of living, cold sea,anti-gun environment, practically no death penalty, arrogant illegals & proximity to 3rd world ( Mexico)

Leave Miami to go vacation in Cuba. Interesting! I'm being sincere in this but I just dont understand what would bring someone to vacation in Cuba, especially if they live in Miami.

It's more like if you've been to Miami you've been to the whole caribbean.

If anyone can provide us reliable data on population growth for USA cities, then we will see which cities the people really like...

If Miami is + 70K in pop in 10 years, then it is almost 15-17% growth.

Phenomenal...

I guess San Diego etc have tanked,0 or even minus growth ( excluding ilegals...)

First, that list is a JOKE....Newark, NJ is No. 8 and Miami is No. 9. Population in Newark, falling for years. Miami...growing = people vote with their feet. Miami would easily be in my top 5 places in the U.S. to live. Newark = bottom 5.

Second, the OP appears to have an agenda. Only three posts/threads created. One was about a shooting on I-95. The third was a thread in Orlando the moderator shut down.

To the OP: If you think Miami stinks why don't you just leave it be and get on with your life? Or is Miami like that girlfriend you could just never get over? You can't live with her or without her........
