Default Auto mechanic recommendations

Anyone recommend an honest mechanic in Miami area for basics (oil, brakes, suspension, etc.)

I know it's a long shot, but figured I try.

George's Service Center on 17th Avenue.

When I went to look up the exact address on Google I (surprisingly) found it has reviews by others, all who think George does a great job too. Will have to add my kudos to the site when I get a chance.

Go to Rod's Autoworks at 12520 SW 128 St. Ask for Jeff. He's a Honda specialist, but he can fix anything and will try to save you money. I've referred him to a lot of people and they have always been happy with him. Then after awhile someone will refer him to you and you say, wait a minute... I referred Jeff to YOU, I knew him before you and the other person insists that they knew Jeff longer than you but you know for a fact that YOU referred Jeff to this person, not the other way around. This happens a lot cause he really is a good mechanic.
