Default Ok guys, I need major help

PLEASE.

We leave for Miami in about 24 hours. The housing situation has changed.

Now we are getting a 2-3 bedroom apartment, need 1st floor access close to the beach/water. <$1200

South of 934 but no further south than the Gables. Inside us1/95 if we can find it.

Apartment complex names would be very helpful. We don't have a ton of time to look, 1 day really!

Help!

i wish i knew of a complex name for you....but 2-3 bedrooms for under $1200 is not going to be an easy find at all. you are already limited by the fact that you have (i think i remember correctly) 2 large dogs. you probably shouldn't limit yourself to east of US1 and you also should be open to south of coral gables. can you up your budget? good luck.

though i dont have a name of a complex for you i would broaden that to east of 95. instead of just between us1 and 95. The housing market sucks here so finding a space isn't that tough for that price range, its just beating the pavement to get it though. Heck, someone posted some amazing spots on S. Beach not to long ago for under your price range.

Well we don't have time to beat the pavement now. We are not going to have much time to look before we have to be back in Dallas. 1 full day is about it.

I did find some in the Design District so I'm open to west of us1 now.

close to the beach, 2 large dogs, 2-3 bedrooms, less than 1200? Forget it. Unless you want to live in the North Miami Beach area...that is possible...There are places in that area that would fit your criteria...

Google apartments in North Bay Villiage. It is approx 7900 NE few blocks west of Collins Ave. The apartments are not new in that area, not good access to the Metrorail, but you are pretty close to the beach, and SOBE, without the SOBE expense. I don't know any specific names, but that would be the area that would fit your criteria as far as I know...http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate...y-Village.html

In Miami you can get a nice place for $1200, with two or three bedrooms, but not by the beach. Or you live by the beach, in a place that costs $1200, two or three bedrooms...will be not the nicest place in the world...

Try theflyer.com or elclarin.com. Sorry I don't know much about condos or apartments but I know those 2 places post ads. Also you can walk to Publix or Winndixie and get the free apartment guide
