if there are already 3 applications that do that, I think you should focus your "research" in something more original and innovative. don't you think?

And dude have you written apps before? the approval process is not easy or cheap.

yes, i know there are a few applications available, but none of those apps. are targeting south beach in specific. this app will work directly with the miami beach parking department, not only will help with parking, but will minimize the heavy traffic.

You do not pay to be approved. They get a portion from your sales though. Android Market is a little less stringent when it comes to approval.
