East side of US1 from 264St to about 284St. Princeton is just north of Naranja and the Goulds is north of that.

Is the area near the new Lennar developments considerably safe? The enclave to be more exact, around 112 ave and old cutler?

That is the new development right of the Turnpike correct? Nice community, but not a great area. If you do buy in there get an alarm for the house, and an alarm and low jack for the cars. The problem with that area is its proximity to Goulds.

I may be moving there, I already have a camera security system ready for whichever home I move, but sometimes I wonder, will having security cameras actually bring more attention to burglars than without them? Or will that keep more away? I have the one I can view from my phone etc. Anyone has input on this?

It depends on the burglar I think. I watched a pair of burglars case my neighborhood. They walked past the home with the security cameras and were caught on tape looking straight at the cameras. So I think they passed that house because of the cameras.
