AbrahamWeinberg is on a distinguished road
Default Key Largo

I am so happy to have found this helpful site.

I fell in love with Key Largo on a recent visit and am planning on building a winter home there.

I am wondering if there are any large undeveloped oceanfront tracts of 3+ acres there and I would rather not deal with any brokers. Can anyone tell me which areas to start looking at. If need be, I could assemble several smaller parcels as long as they are oceanfront. Money is no issue.

Thank you in advance.

Oceanfront 3 acres?? That's going to be hard to find. As for the building permit only a select number are issued every year, so you may have a LONG wait. Best bet-look for an existing home. There are a few on the atlantic side but you're looking at 5M at least. Who in the world had unlimited money?
