Thinking of buying a condo in Miami and need a good recommendation for an honest, responsive, not super aggressive broker. Has anyone here worked with someone they can highly recommend who is not their cousin?

The answer would be no. USUALLY...If they're resonsive, then they're aggresive. You failed to ask for skilled. That's a toughy down here. Most (not all, but most) realtors do just enough to stay licensed and just enought to get the sale.

Also, just to nick-pick a bit...you said "broker" but you meant "realtor". Realtors work for brokers. You just need a realtor.

I contacted a Realtor in FTL about an investment property I was interested in. I heard back once and that was it.

In Key West I also have had some properties in mind... mostly my Realtor there is responsive, but when there's a question he doesn't like, or doesn't know the answer to, he simply ignores me.

I'm not sure of any really good Realtors in the area (even if I did I would be careful not to mention them because doggie thinks every little thing could be advertising )

You're best off probably looking at individual Realtor's sites and then deciding from those which one looks like the best.
