Where would you like to teach? You can get a nice 2 bedroom condo in Kendall for around $200,000, and a nice 1 bedroom condo in Coral Gables for that price. I mention these areas because they have a lot of condo/townhome options and good schools. Another option for you would be the Aventura area.
